ARLO base station IP address change-not connecting

I moved locations switching my IP address, and now my ARLO base station is not being picked up when I try to connect it. The lights are flashing light green, but some reason it will not connect still. I tried resetting it, connecting and unconnecting everything, and still nothing. Can someone please help me?

Did you also get a new router?  One thing you can do is look at the attached device list in the router, and see if the base station is listed.

It's in the router's web ui.

It kind of depends on the router. 

 

Most times it is either http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1

 

What router model do you have?
