I’m trying to enter a new credit card number 

I’ve tried several times to enter. But when I try to save it, the “Save” area is a shadow? It won’t let me?  This is very frustrating! I received an email from Arlo stating to update my info? But Arlo will not accept my credit card, so how am I supposed to go forward?

Hi @Kevin63 

 

Do you have Auto fill enabled? You can try manually inputting the info if you haven't already and verify your shipping address postal code is correct.

I did it manually. I never use autofill. Its ridiculous

I never use autofill. I always just fill things in. I was using my iphone in trying to put a new credit card in. It wasn’t working.
My wife even tried using her computer, it didn’t work for her either.  After back and forth with emails to arlo.   I decided to use my iPad. It finally gave me the correct page to enter my info.
