I keep getting this message when trying to access memory stick in my hub for a current video. I'm not enrolled in Arlo plans. Just trying to access one video from today but I keep getting an error that Arlo is working on it. Help! I've tried swapping USB memory.. No luck. Since I stopped paying for security plan, No support and non working system. Sucks

What base or hub are you using? Only the VMB4540 and 5000 SmartHubs support using the app to view local recordings - any others require that you safely eject the drive for viewing on a computer. Have you done that?
Also, none of the VMB3xxx bases support local recordings so knowing specifically what your base or hub is would be important. Look at the bottom for a label that shows VMBxxxx.
