I updated Arlo app to latest version 4.12
Now I can't control shared devices.
I can watch live feed but shared device is not shown on device list so can't turn the alarm off or on.

Ok, now the UI changed and I can't even see shared device.
System administrator has removed me and then added again but this doesn't help.
I have to say that I am quite unhappy user...

Since you appear to be using the new user interface (UI) that uses Feed to view recordings and not the old one that uses Library, there are some issues that may need to be addressed.

First, the primary user (the "system administrator"?) must be using the new UI to be able to share the cameras successfully. All users must be using the same UI and any new user (or one that has installed one of the most recent cameras) will have the new UI, forcing everyone to need to migrate their accounts.

Once all users are using the new UI, shared accounts need to click on Home near the top of the screen and choose the bottom selection. Each user gets a Home location so you need to choose the proper one to view his cameras. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious.
