My old Arlo Staion is not connecting to the internet after I have installed a new Nighthawk router, Can anyone suggest a method, other than reset factory settings, as I have done that, Cheers

Did the Arlo have a fixed IP address?  Has the network changed by introducing a new router, and therefore the Arlo cannot connect and/or isnt getting an IP address assigned to it?

Are you connecting wirelessly or wired?  If wirelessly it is unlikely that your new router is using the same SSID name and password for its Wi-Fi, so you will need to update your Arlo device with this new information.

If wired, I would factory reset the Arlo device so that it will automatically obtain an IP address from your new router.

Hope this helps
