I can't turn off my cameras on both of my base units. Looks like an Arlo system issue. I had ones that were off that I was able to turn on but now I can't shut them off.

Does restarting one of the bases resolve it?

When you go into the Arlo Secure App and click on Devices ~ The three lines ~ it should bring you to the camera name with a toggle switch that you can toggle to off. Do you see these options? If not can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?

I see the options but when I toggle from the app (enable device) on my phone or even my wife's phone, I get the spinning wheel . If I go to the camera from my computer I can turn the camera on and off with no problem. I also have an older base unit with cameras on it and it is the same problem where turning the cameras on and off from the phone app doesn't work but form the computer there is no problem. Since it happens on 2 base units and on both mine and my wife's phone it is an Arlo Android app problem.

It appears you have three accounts all granting access to eachother. Which account are you using to control the devices?

The cogwheel now became three lines.
Anyways, when I switch off cameras on devices, the tiles don't become hazy like they used to, making me think that those cameras that are switched off are actually on.

Every account encounters the same issue of not being able to turn the cameras on or off.

Does that include the primary account (the one to which the cameras were first installed)?

Are you using the same account credential on your phone as you are using on your PC?
