Camera not syncing

I have recharged my Arlo camera and it is lost sync to the base. I have reset the base and remove the camera as instructed to but the camera was still not sync back to the main base. Can anyone help?

WHich camera and base do you have? There have been many issues with the legacy cameras and bases not being able to reconnect recently.

I am showing your basestation as well as your camera online. Were you able to get the camera to onboard or do you have another camera that has not been able to connect?
