Which browser? Do you have Flash enabled? Don't ask me why it still needs Flash

I use Firefox.
It's alway worked.
It's also not alarming when you walk in front of it

That appears to be an issue with Flowplayer which isn't Adobe Flash. I don't know that Arlo supports that so you need to work with Flowplayer support. Reinstalling Flowplayer may help.
We need a lot more information about not working when you walk in front of the camera. Is it even armed? What mode are you using? Have you rebooted the base?

How do I tell Arlo to use Abode please?

You may need to uninstall Flowplayer and install Flash from adobe.com.

Having same issue. Only happpens while using FireFox. Does not with Edge. After you click on the camera again, it starts working. Windows 10, latest version.

Mines back working normally. Must have been a software update clash.
