I had to do a manual reset to get the system to work with a Verizon SmartHub. That part went fine and the system connects through theEthernet cable on the Smarthub, but now won't detect the cameras. I have tried to manually sync them and all the lights blink as if it is going to work, but then the base unit indicator returns to solid amber. Suggestions?

If it's the base Camera LED that returns to solid amber, you need to claim your base. Try doing so by using Add Device on the Devices tab but if that fails you'll need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh, as if new.
