I am unable to link my Arlo cameras with Google Home App. While linking I get a message “something went wrong . Try again”. Any one has a solution?

Hi,
Are you still experiencing this issue?
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

2. Sync, delete and sync back the cameras to the base station using different names

I'm trying to connect my Arlo Q cameras to google home but they will not connect. Initially when connecting I get the message "Arlo is linked" but then just after that "Something went wrong. Try again"
I've tried unlinking my google account and then relinking but it doesn't help. What else can I do? My apps are on the latest versions and the cameras use the latest firmware

The original poster already provided the exact text of the error message. "Something went wrong. Try again."

HI,
Thanks for the feedback on this, I will look in to these reports. In the meantime, can you try this method as a workaround while we investigate the root cause:
- In the Arlo App, go to Settings > Privacy Center > Partners > Connected Accounts > Remove Google.
- Go to Settings > Profile > Logout.
- Try to link Arlo again in your Google Home App.
