I have replaced the batteries on 2 of my arlos and in about a week, one has drained to 21% and the other has completely emptied.
Also, my front door Arlo hasn’t recorded or activated motion sensor since I got the Arlo smart subscription.
Please help as I’m losing my will it it.

Hi @T33KS

 

Have you made sure the camera is armed and has a rule set for motion? You can also try and reboot the base station/remove & re-add the cameras from Settings > My Devices

I have now done what you’ve suggested and the camera is recording again. But I have another trouble as I can’t reassign the camera onto Arlo Smart plan. I have already paid for the year but it wont let me put the camera back on. Any ideas?

Is this occurring on the Arlo Mobile App or a web browser? Have you tried to assign it as an active camera on both platforms?
