Cameras stopped working

After months of being active and working fine 3 of my cameras just stopped responding and the devices page kept saying "retrieving information" but wouldn't load anything. The cameras also seem unresponsive in the fact that they had new batteries installed and worked fine but then a week after showed a yellow light

Any help?

Try power cycling the base and maybe open and close the cameras' battery doors.  Any help?
