Cameras offline

My cameras keep going offline even if the batteries are fully charged. I’ve tried removing the batteries reinstalling them which makes the camera come back on and within minutes it goes offline again. I’ve unplugged the base from power source and internet source, resinked the cameras and nothing seems to keep the cameras on. The system is a year old, might try to return it to the store since I’m not getting the monitoring needed to protect my residence. Would be good if Arlo responded.

Hi.  Arlo cameras will keep not working - going offline, not detecting video...get out while you can!
