Hello,

I have two of the wireless HD cameras (VMS3230). They used to be pretty decent, but recently they have stopped recording motion except for 10% of the time. I have tried lowering the motion sensitivity with no luck. I've swapped batteries out multiple times. It says there is a strong connection (3 out of 3 wifi bars). One of the two cameras now has a pink/red tint to it on everything.

After spending $350, we have a system that only works 10% of the time... which is a little frustrating. We had a party here a couple weeks ago and 13 different guests came into our house at different times, but the front door camera only recorded one of them.

Any idea on what we can do to fix these issues? Thanks!

JTHLC,

It sounds like the sensitivity issueyou describe is related to your cameras sensitivity settings. You state above that you lowered the motion sensitivity and are now detecting motion less often. This is expected behavior, you should raise your sensitivity if you want motion to be detected more often.

In regard to the pink/red tint issue, please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link. If you have any additional questions/concerns feel free to private message me. I would be happy to help.
