I have dropped device in myarlo, reset base station.  The other camera syncs great.

when i try to sync the camera blinks blue slow and then rapidly amber.  no matter what i do it will not sync.

Power cycle the base.  Worst case, reset the system by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh.  Shouldn't be necessary but sometimes is.

thanks for reponse.  what is Power Cycle Base?  I held the button on side while putting paper clip in tiny hole and holding unti lights blinked.  Had no affect.  what is suppossed to happen when you Power Cycle base?

Power cycle is TURN OFF then ON, use power button and let it reset , takes a min or two to link back up.

*** Remember , when you go to re- sync the camera, use a QUICK push on the base sync button not hold.

The fact that you used the reset button means you need to remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Using the power switch to power cycle is much easier.

Detail what you have tried, in order.

The general procedure is to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices.  If nothing is there when you checked, use the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. wait until the power and Internet LEDs are green.  (You may also want to power cycle the base at this point, just to be thorough.) Open and close all battery doors (remove and reinstert the batteries from any Pro cameras). Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.  Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.

What do the LEDs show now?

I did exactly what you said...and my other camera synced IMMEDIATLY...no problem.

so then i went back to trouble/problem camera and did same thing and it blinks blue and then rapid amber.  WILL NOT SYNC.  I changed batteries.  Let is sit with no batteries for a while...and still nothing.  Ther has to be something wrong with camera.  It has never been off its stand.  never been dropped.  nothing.  just won't sync.  it is almost a year old.  do these cameras have warranty's?

BTW...thanks for all your help!  i appreciate it.  it is clear that it is a camera issue.

Sounds like a def problem camera or battery... tho, did you try and sync the camera after pulling battery pack and using cable/adapter only ?

I feel your pain, I have 12 cameras, only 3 will sync after battery replacement. Have spent hours and still will not work. Tried to set it up through my wink as a last ditch effort, however wink states no cameras found? I quit!

Sounds like a reset is in order.  Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and reinsert all batteries to reset the cameras.  Add the base using the Add Device button in the Devices tab and sync the cameras. Be sure to press the base sync button briefly - don't hold it. Make sure batteries are good and that the LEDs flash appropriately.
