Camera sync not working

I followed the steps to sync up my camera but it is not working? the sync green light is flashing and then the Blue light flashes and then when I go to finish on my iphone or the laptop the device is not syncing and recording?

Not sure what you're describing. Briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it. Then press the sync button on the camera. The camera LED show slowly blink blue and then rapid blue when synced. It will blink amber if not. Does that help? You don't need to use the app or browser to actually do this but the camera(s) should show up in your account after successfully syncing.

I did everything that it shows and it should work correctly, but still not working at all and I cant get the devices added, very frustrating and disappointing., 

Waste of time going to best buy and now I'll have to go and take it back!!!! Wish there was a support 800 number?

While it could be something wrong with the system, first reset it.  Remove any device shown in Settings, My Devices.  Use the reset button on the base and hold it until the LEDs flash amber.  Reinsert all batteries. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Be sure to only briefly press the sync button on the base and don't hold it. Did that help?
