Camera not connecting to Nectar box

i'm using my phone to check if camera is connecting to WiFi..but this does not happen even though i start again from on/off and nector first 2 green lights are on (although in the book does not give you index what each relates to).

No idea what Nectar is. What country? This is the Q section - are you talking wireless or Q? Need details.
