I can back from holiday and my system was offline. I reset the base station with out removing the cameras. I have re added the base station but the cameras no longer flash blue to search for the base station, they all have new batteries and camera does light blue to show this. At the moment I’m realy stuck and can not get any to work

It happened to me once, have you do hard reset the base? then add the base again, resync alll camera to that base, you should be fine.

Hi yeah I have tried that, the problem is the cameras when holding sync do not flash blue to go in sync mode

Sounds like you have a problem with camera itself. If you push the sync botton on the camera, you have no blue light at all.

You camera is defective. Ask for repalcement, when did you purchase your system?

April I did say it needs replacing but they didn’t understand and want to change the base unit not the camera

I agreed with you. This has nothing to do with the base.

When you place the batteries in the camera, the camera will lights up for few seconds, then turns off.
if the lights stay on, maybe is updating. wait until the light turns off.

Now push the sync button on the camera, even without the base, the blue light should turns on, looking for the base.

but if you don't have the blue light at all. your camera is defective.

Or no lights when you insert the batteries, then it is definitely is the camera problem.

call the support, and ask for replacement before the warrranty is over.
