Red Tint in my feed from one of my cameras

How do I get the red tint off my camera? I wished i never bought this system

It's the IR filter stuck... sometimes the pulling of battery which resets the camera will fix...sometimes not.

Look in the FAQs , there are a few fixes an one might work for you.

If less than a yr old, you may be good for a warranty claim.

I had this issue too  -seems common. Someone suggested this and it worked for me.

Physically turn the camera upside down, then go to devices - settings (gearwheel) - video settings - flip the slider on Rotate Image 180 deg. I haven't had an issue since.
