Hi all,
I have bought 3 Arlo cameras 1.5 years ago (p.s. how can I check what the model is?) and have been using them perfectly for a while. In the last months, I have not been using them. Now, when I turned them all on, the battery is low and the cameras are not working.
I have charged 2 of them and all is fine. The third one won't charge (I charge continuously for a week). It says that the battery level is too low.
What can be done?
It is also impossible to reach the support team by email. Can anyone recommend pls what is their email address?
Thanks a lot

What happens if you swap the battery with one of the other two cameras?

In that case the "other" camera stops working and the camera that previously has not been working - works fine. I.e. placing the "bad" battery inside another camera make this camera unavailable.
This is the message that is displayed: Your Arlo device appears offline
Please make sure it’s powered on and connected to the Internet.

It sounds like you have a bad battery.
There is a procedure here that you could try: https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do Though it was created for the Pro / Pro 2, it should be useful with other models.
Or you could just buy a replacement battery.
