Original Arlo Camera non responsive. Put new batteries with the correct orientation.

Hi all, I believe this is the right camera.  We have 3 camera's total, 2 of them are working just fine.  The third was running out of battery so it sat there for a few months with no charge.  I just put new batteries in (with the correct orientation) and this camera will not come alive.  I tried 3 sets of batteries no luck.  I can't find a way to do a hard reset on it, any options?  

It's still showing "offline" on my account.

There is no way to reset that particular camera.  

It sounds like it's failed.
