Not sure what's going on but two of my cameras lost all their battery power within 12 hrs! So frustrating. Has there been some sort of update? Why should this happen. Frustrating!

Not sure what happened... but open and close battery door... they should auto-resync if close enough

check battery levels

What firmware is on the affected cameras?

 

Log in to your Arlo Account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the affected camera > Device Info > Firmware

Hi James

 

Both are 1.2.7730. 

 

It was bizarre as overnight they lost virtually all battery power. Interestingly my other two cameras were OK.
