Base station stuck at "getting information"

My base station is stuck on "Getting Information".  I have had this problem for 3 weeks now and no customer service personel will contact me back or reply to my emails.  I have removed the device, restarted the device and unplugged and for an extended amount of time.  I have removed all the cameras from the station and STILL NO LUCK.  I work in a warehouse and we bought these to help watch areas we do not have regular cameras.  I have updated the app and I am using the most updated web browser, STILL NO LUCK.  I do not know if this can be  fixed or not. We shall see..

I have a few questions for you.

 

When did this issue first occur?

Has the getting status message been an issue since you set the base station up?

Did you perform a factory reset as well when you were troubleshooting?

What are the status LEDs on the front of the base station displaying?
