Can’t get arlo to work or get online. Everything is plugged in. I did a reset and it still won’t work! These are the lights I have

I fixed it! Had to reset the router and added the station and camera like new

did you reset your internet router or the smarthub? ive only tried resetting smarthub

No, I tried that and I had to restart the internet route

Looks to me like @Wilkins posted a picture of his router, and not his base  - and the router was showing that it wasn't connected to the internet.

 

Your situation is likely different.  What is the status of your base station LEDs?  https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean

 

Is this a new installation that has never worked, or is this a failure of an existing installation that used to work?
