I’m having the same issue today, tried resetting the base station, no luck, and cameras won’t work until updated

Why is everyone having the same problem? They want us to update, it wont let us upsdate or watch live video.

I don't know what the error number refers to but try power cycling both your router and base. That's fixed other weirdnesses in the past.

I was getting the same error. I just reset my router and the base station and the updates worked right after.

Thanks everybody. The cameras are in the summer house. I will go there next week and try reboot and give a update.
