Hi all
I have 3 Arlo pro 2 they wont update and send this `base station error 4403` message.. what to do ¿
the result I cant watch the 3 cameras live anymore.

I’m having the same issue today, tried resetting the base station, no luck, and cameras won’t work until updated

I don't know what the error number refers to but try power cycling both your router and base. That's fixed other weirdnesses in the past.

I was getting the same error. I just reset my router and the base station and the updates worked right after.

Thanks everybody. The cameras are in the summer house. I will go there next week and try reboot and give a update.

The restart of the base station was fixing my problem with the software update. Now the 3 cameras working great again 🙂 thanks everybody
