For the past several days, my basestation has been offline. I have rebooted it several times and luck. According to the status lights on the base station, it has power and is synced with the cameras. However, it is not receiving an internet signal. The base station is hardwired to my router. I have rebooted my router. All other devices that are hardwired to my router are working perfectly - except the base station. So, my 1 year old system that I spent several hundred dollars on is non-functional. Any ideas?

It may be a bad base port. If you've used a different cable and router port, open a case with support or buy a new base.

I belive that I will need a new base station. However, looking on Arlo's website, I dont see that they sell just the base station (model VBM3000). Do they not sell the base stations by themselves?

Actually it looks like they do sell the base stations. However, it it model VMB4000. Will that work as a replacement for the VMB3000?

Yes, all bases work with all cameras (Ultra cams need an Ultra base).
