Base Station Vmb3000 won't connect to internet

Arlo updates 8/19. Base station no longer connects to internet. Light is on but app says it’s offline. Reset router did not help Tested Ethernet cable with connection to computer and internet fine. Problem with base station

Try a factory reset...hold in reset for about 10 secs till leds flash. Let it reboot ( a min or two )
