I read that it is possible to set up additional locations in Arlo Secure and then to move specific devices into the new location but no where can I see HOW to do that, I have set up 2 new locations one is for indoor cameras and the other for outdoor. The remainder that will stay in the original locations called home by Arlo will be for my second home.

For the new/second location, you would have to remove the desired devices from your account and then add them to the new location. There's no way to "move" them from one location to another.
Be aware the second location will require its own subscription.

@g-smith - jguerdat is wrong on this one.
If you go
- into the device settings
- press the > next to the device name
- press location
Then you will see an option to change the location to another one you have set up in the account.
If the cameras are connected to a base, then you change the location of the base (and all cameras will move with it). If the cameras are connected to your home wifi, you move them individually.

Unfortunately that is the case.

Thanks for the clarification.
