I have 5 cameras on my Arlo system. Two Arlo’s and three Arlo Pro’s. The two Arlo’s only sync for a couple of hours. Batteries are charged, firmware update recent, cameras close to base station the three Arlo Pros work fine.

Swap positions with working cameras to see if it's the camera or location.
