Live Viewing but no Motion Detect Recording

Hi all
My cameras detect motion and notify me of it and I can see live but they do not record. I haven't changed any settings. They have just stopped recording. I have tried a reset of the base station but no joy. Any ideas please

Mine as well. Live works fine, cam #2 is working normal, but cam #1 has stopped recording.  I am also out of country, so I can only do something via the app.  What is the best thing to try?

Are you using the default Armed mode or a custom mode? Check your rules to make sure everything is set up correctly and test again to see if you experience the same behavior.

Hi many thanks. I have tried both and the system works on both for about 24hrs and then it reverts back to detecting only (no recording). The base just will not record after about 24hrs
