Hi
Is close to selling my arlo system 🤬 It has worked for several years but all of a sudden I only receive notifications on my phone when the screen is on. I get absolutely no notifications with the screen off. I have tried to reset both cameras and router but without luck. What should I do?

Have you turned off battery optimization for the app in the phone settings?

remove then re-install the app

I have tried that but without luck, unfortunately. Have also tried a completely different phone with the same result
