New issue: All cameras are connected but no video recordings

all camera connected with base, only one camera doesn't has no vision, its connected with Base. i did everthing on m knowledge . but don't work at all . please tell me how to troubleshooting of the camera

What mode are you using? Is the motion icon for the camera black or gray (gray is disarmed)? Have you removed the camera from Settings, My Devices and resynced?

I did disarmed my device. Then connected. Still not working. There are no vision
