Arlo camera error "your arlo device appears offline"

The cameras work, there are two, but they off and on give a Message "your arlo device appears offline  Please make sure its powered on and connected to the Internet.  There are no changes on the devices and they are on.

I would try a different browser first... Fire Fox, Chrome, IE >10.

 

See if it makes any difference, it has for some.
