I hAve the vmb4000 base station that stoped working one day i baught it two month ago from best buy and install it. It was working fine until two days ago. The led on the station are not lighting you think it's the charger ? Does arlo have a support phone line ?

At the bottom of each forum page is a Contact Support button.  Follow it to support phone numbers
