I’m unable to edit the modes of my camera to monitor movement and audio. This previously was not an issue.

I’ve powered down, reset the camera and moved the camera closer to my router. When o moved it, it connected to the internet but it still will not let me change the settings for monitoring to trigger on motion or sound. I placed it back in the room and the internet signal shows strong within the app. Thanks!

Which version of the Arlo app are you using? Does the same issue occur on wifi and mobile data as well as the web portal on a pc?

- It’s the latest version. All of my issues started after the update. I’m always on wi fi.
