Arlo are charging outside of Australia causing foreign fee charges

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to raise an issue with Arlo for more than two years with them billing outside of Australia.
The $14.99 monthly fee is actually $15.44 with international charges.
Arlo have advised me this isn't the case and the issue is with my bank, my bank undertook an investigation and have assured me the charges are outside of Australia.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Protection have advised the below: https://www.accc.gov.au/media-release/consumers-urged-to-look-out-for-unexpected-international-trans...
The main component of the ACCC article:
“Consumers who have been charged an unexpected international transaction fee for a purchase in Australian dollars from a website that appears Australian-based or has an Australian domain name should query the fee with their bank and report it to the ACCC,” Mr Sims said.

Hello. I have also been having exactly the same issue for a number of years but Arlo continually fob me off telling me that it is my credit card provider (Commonwealth Bank of Australia) who is incorrectly charging me. Like yourself, I have been trying to sort this out for years and have gotten nowhere with Arlo. I have just cancelled my subscription as a result. Upon reading your message I have just replied to Arlo and threatened the ACCC however I doubt Arlo will respond. Can I ask you how you went with your case?
