The web portal is broken. I cannot login or reset my password.
It's not an issue with my password as I can use it to login to the app.
The portal is making AJAX requests to https://ocapi-app.netgear.com/api which are failing. It looks like the API authorisation is failing (i.e. not my user authentication).
Here is a sample for the reset password AJAX request:
curl 'https://ocapi-app.netgear.com/api/resetPassword' -X OPTIONS -H 'Sec-Fetch-Mode: no-cors' -H 'Access-Control-Request-Method: POST' -H 'Origin: https://arlo.netgear.com' -H 'Referer: https://arlo.netgear.com/' -H 'User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.132 Safari/537.36' -H 'DNT: 1' -H 'Access-Control-Request-Headers: auth-version,content-type,source' --compressed ;
curl 'https://ocapi-app.netgear.com/api/resetPassword' -H 'Sec-Fetch-Mode: cors' -H 'Origin: https://arlo.netgear.com' -H 'Auth-Version: 2' -H 'source: arloCamWeb' -H 'User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.132 Safari/537.36' -H 'Content-Type: application/json;charset=UTF-8' -H 'Accept: application/json, text/plain, */*' -H 'Referer: https://arlo.netgear.com/' -H 'DNT: 1' --data-binary '{"email":"*******@gmail.com","EnvSource":"prod"}' --compressed
And the response:
{"error":{"code":401,"context":null,"message":"Unauthorized. User is not authenticated.","status_code":401}}
I'm assuming this OCAPI is not the same as Salesforce Commerce Cloud OCAPI, if it is you need to fix your access token.

For no apparent reason, this suddenly works as it always have. I made no changes. I assume Arlo is making systemic updates.

This morning 9/4/2019, when I went to login to check on my system, I noticed the login page was different. I entered my email and password, but when I clicked on login, it said something to the effect of "unable to login with blank password." I tried it several times with the same effect. My info was entered correctly. I guess I am now locked out.
OS= Windows 10, browser = Chrome. Note that there was no problem yesterday on the login page as it looked then.

I am having this exact same issue. As of this morning I cannot log in via the web page. All my info is entered correctly and I have double checked that by logging in via the phone app. I am on Win 10 with FireFox.

TL;DR: https://arlo.netgear.com doesn't work; https://my.arlo.com does. Why no redirect?
Looks like the web app (https://arlo.netgear.com) has been updated and now you cannot log in there. Entering your username and password and pressing Log In just does nothing.
Looking at the dev console there is the following error:
0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394 TypeError: Cannot create property 'required' on boolean 'false' at set (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at Object.Ki.e.$setValidity (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at o (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at 0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394 at E (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at 0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394 at Object.$$runValidators (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at Object.$processModelValue (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at Object.$$setModelValue (0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394) at 0.634f066b642068f025aa.js:2394
This happens on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and IE, including incognitio, cleared cache/cookies, and no content blocking.
However, after remembering the mobile app just got transferred to a separate company (no longer NETGEAR) I did a search and found the web app is now at https://my.arlo.com and I can log in there fine.
It would be useful if https://arlo.netgear.com redirects you to the working app!

Same here. Happy is not just me, unhappy because I cannot use the web portal. This is a camera system that can be used for security reasons, not a cake baking recipe trading site. Changes should be tested.
As time goes by, I am getting the idea that one should stick with what they know. Netgear can make nice routers. Home security? Nope.

This is also happening to me. Win 10, Firefox. It was working last night, and is still working on my phone app, but is not working on a PC.

It is happening to me too. I think this might be happening to everyone. There is a much larger thread about it in the "Arlo" section.

I think that main link will no longer be valid because it is my understanding Arlo is now a separate company to Netgear.

Hey everyone,
You should be able to log in through the web portal on your computer using this link: https://my.arlo.com. If you're still experiencing the issue with logging in, please let us know.
UPDATE/EDIT: If the link above is not working properly, try to clear your cache/cookies on your browser or try using incognito mode or a different browser to see if that helps.

Having the same problem as of today and also did all the same things you tried. Login screen just rolls back to the login menu, not using Kaspersy. Also can't enter my model # in the recommended field so here it is. WMB3010r2 with firmware 1.12.2.4_2772 - getting this from my phone app.
P.S. I'm not using wi-fi - I'm on a hardwired ethernet connection.

I am currently unable to sign into my Arlo Account and access my cameras since this morning. It was working last night. How do I fix this? I made sure to clear the cache in all my browsers and still nothing. I tried the "Forgot Password" option, but that does literally nothing. I don't even get an email telling me I can reset my password. What happened?

This website change really doesn't feel like the priority item given the crippled firmware Arlo just released.

Nice job Arlo. You've done it again. When are you going to hire some competent engineers that will test before releasing crippling updates. We have all suffered video quality since your botched update in 5/19. Now we can't even log into our cameras that are only 65 % of what they once were. Maybe you should just leave things alone til you hire someone who can keep our security camera systems working 24/7.
