Increasing problem with "Getting status", basic Arlo model
Reinstalled the app, cleared the Cache (that helped one time, never again), restarted the surf pad again, restarted the base station, restarted the router, Still stuck i "Getting Status".
Problem occured after recent app update (as usual ;-(! )

Been having the same problem for the past few days now. Cameras show "Getting status" indefinitely on the app and "The device failed to connect. Please try again." using the web client. Increadibly frustrating!
Have rebooted to base station directly yesterday and again using the app to "restart" it today. Still nothing but the cameras are occasionally recording and I'm getting very poor quality recordings when I go in to review them.
