Arlo, Firmware 1.3.314, Suddenly my Camera’s infrared appears to have stopped working. It will trip with motion but the video is black. During the day the video is fine. Any ideas on how to rectify this short of buying a new camera?

You can see the LEDs glow in the darkness? I would start by opening and closing te battery door to reset the camera and then remove it resync. Reboot the base. If still no good, open a case with support:
