Can anyone steer me towards an email address or way of getting support from these guys (online chat is NOT working) regarding a camera that has fault during nightmode operation?

Note: I have tried, removing/resyncing, battery change etc etc. All other camera's on the system work fine.

Chat and phone are generally your options. I strongly believe that other options should be available but it is what it is.
