two cams keep crashing on the app but not on a computer

i have two base stations with a total of 5 arlo cameras. on one of my base stations, two of the cams keep crashing on the app but not when viewed on a computer. i deleted the app and reinstalled from appstore today and still no success.

any suggestions?

When you say the cams keep crashing, what are you experiencing? Are you seeing an error message when attempting to live stream?

Can you provide more details?

Hi yes and thanks for the help. When i click on the cam to go live, either nothing happens, or it does so for about 2 seconds, and then i get a notice that the cam is offline. This does not happen when i check from a computer and it does not happen with all the cams.

What kind of device are you using (Android, iOS) and do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed from the app store?

Hi I am using an iPhone X with the latest arlo app. I even deleted the app and did a fresh install.
