Arlo Camera with new batteries keep showing 4% power

We put new batteries on our camera and the camera still shows 4% power. We have tried 2 sets of new batteries with the same results. What could be wrong?

Pull batteries and check to make sure the "springs" in the camera aren't crushed down....

when inserting batteries, let the closing door push them in place. ( also confirm proper install )

If above deosn't fix, then do a power button reboot of the base, allow 2 mins to come back online.

check battery level
