Two accounts but one doesn’t live stream

So my wife and I have 2 different logins. I’ve granted her full access. On her phone she is unable to live stream, however I signed in my account on her phone and the live stream worked immediately. We both have iPhone X and when both logged in to each of our own accounts, side by side mine streams and hers doesn’t. So I flip flopped the accounts and the phones and still have the same exact issue, which is how I know it’s related to the ACCOUNT and not the iPhone or software update. What is the solution???? I’m about to just purchase another, more reliable competitor. Nothing but problems with Arlo.

Was your wife able to previously live stream successfully or did this issue always occur since you granted her access? Have you tried to remove her and re-add the account?
