I agree with your suggestion, but I’m 5 hours away, which is why I have Arlo in the first place. I tried the remote reset of the base station in the app a few times and the camera is finally working again. Not sure if that fixed it or it was a coincidence, but I’ll take it. I appreciate your response.

The first thing I would do is to remove power from the base station for a minute or so then power it back up and allow it to reboot. If that doesn't fix the problem, remove the battery from the camera, ( as long as the camera LED is not flashing blue and amber - if it is flashing contact support), then reinsert the battery and allow the camera to resync.
