I am beyond frustrated! The Arlo app won't work on my cell phone b/c it says the device can't be trusted. The only way it appears to get technical help is through the chat function which is by far the WORST chat I've ever had to use and NEVER answers my questions or gives me any article remotely close to answering my issue. Where is an email or phone number to actually get real technical support?

You need a subscription to get phone support.  If you have that, go into the support area of the app and you'll see a phone option there.

 

Note that you can choose another trust method - for instance email.  Ideally monitor the email on a nearby PC so you don't need to get out of the app.
