Arllo app unable to get camera status

The product was working perfectly for a month and I was in the habit of switching it on at the base station when leaving my property and off on my return and any movement was caught by the cameras and an email alert sent to me.  Then my bel kin router developed a problem which was resolved and I checked the base station was a device listed by the router and it is.  But since then the base station links to the router and the cameras worked but the app on my iPhone cannot link to the system.  It displays "getting status" but never manages to do so.

Do you see the same behavior when attempting to access from another device? Consider reinstalling your Arlo app and power cycling the base station (using the on-off button). Do you still see the same behavior?

Yes, the problem is the same with my iPad.  I had already done what you suggested but have done t again but the problem persists.  I've read through all the manual which I downloaded from the Internet and cannot see what else to do.  Do you have any other ideas? Thanks
