I guess all Arlo cameras are HD. I had assumed Arlo HD was a separate model, I guess I just bought the base Arlo. Can I add a 'Talk' enabled Arlo in to this mix, on the same WiFi of course?

Which one do you recommend?

Yes. Either a Pro camera,xwhich connects to your existing base, or a Q camera which simply uses your WiFi, will work. The Q is not rated for outdoors.
