App not showing recorded videos VMS3430-100NAS

When my cameras record a video it shows in the app the number of videos it has recored but when I click on that tab there is nothing in the 7 day that is shows for recording. However it can watch them in my email since I get email notifications. I used to be able to watch them in the app as well. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

What happens if you just view the library tab? Check to see if the filter is active (funnel-looking thing at the top) - it should be empty, not green. Click on the filter icon and clear or set KT as desired. If using the app, be sure to Save.

When I go into the library it shows nothing for videos. But there should be because I see them in my email.

The usual steps are to restart the base, use both the app and a browser to verify that the issue isn't seen on just one method followed by contacting support.
