App not opening after changing routers. Tried reinstalling and restarting iPhone.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, IOS 14.6

No idea what version of Arlo app because it won't even open up!!   Get the screen with ARLO and the symbol, nothing else.  I deleted the app and reinstalled so ASSuming it is the most current version.  Also restarted my phone, and reset the Network Setting.

All I did was get a new router!  My son has the iPhone 11 Pro and has no trouble.

Please help!

Are you having problems with the Arlo app when you're on WiFi and/or cellular data?

We recently released a new Arlo iOS app version, which is version 3.2.2. Try updating the app to see if that helps.

Unfortunately I can’t even open the app. I deleted the app and downloaded the new version but it still will not open.

Since it seems to be a phone-specific issue and you've done what I would suggest, I think the next step is to reset your phone.
